Worried? Who's worried?
Revision is tough - for students and their parents! My revision sessions are available either in person on Wednesday or in video format for students to watch whn time suits them.
Sessions are available for A Christmas Carol, Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde, Macbeth, Romeo & Juliet, An Inspector Calls or Power & Conflict poetry, Minimise last minute GCSE Literature revision by scheduling weekly sessions on themes and character from January. If we focus on those, we should have the exam covered. Time to reduce the worry and get them ready!
In term group programmes
The in term group programmes take place on Wednesdays and feature 4 lesson blocks dedicated to units of work. Sessions take place at either 4 pm or 5 pm and can be booked via Eventbrite.
Video sessions
Those who book the video sessions get the same resources and access to the Google Classroom.
Session Focus
The 4 lesson block sessions are focused on identifying core information for each character and theme in the text. Students will complete the course with clear ideas about the purpose of each character and relevance of each theme with supporting quotations and explanation. The sessions are designed to help students to organise their thinking during the revision stage.
