Michele Colt Tutoring

• Michele Colt Tutoring will set up termly payments via GoCardless. It will also show all reasonable flexibility regarding the payment dates.

• Michele Colt will provide the Tutor Session, feedback via Google Classroom and all resources on Google Classroom.

• If Michele Colt Tutoring has to cancel a session, they will offer an alternative on the Friday or Saturday morning of the same week in the first instance. A refund will be offered if a reasonable alternative date cannot be found in the same half term period.

• A Tutor Spot is considered booked once a parent has signed up to GoCardless and paid a £50 deposit.

Parents

• To secure a weekly Tutor session, parents must register for GoCardless.

• Parents must pay fees for a half term up front. Typically, payment will be taken in the first week of each half-term.

• Parents must also pay a non-refundable deposit of £50. This payment will be accounted for in the first term's payment.

• Parental cancellations of sessions are non-refundable but Michele Colt Tutoring will offer a replacement session.

Tutees

• Tutees must show their best manners at all times

• They must be on time (subject to transportation issues) and be prepared.

• They must review their Google Classroom once a week.

Results

Tutoring is designed to support the work that takes place in school. Michele Colt Tutoring guarantees relevant and targeted sessions based on the Tutor's own assessment and feedback from student, parent or teacher. While tutees can expect an improvement if they work hard, Michele Colt Tutoring cannot guarantee an uplift in grades.
